Visualising Victorian News Exhibition
It has been a pleasure working with Ciaran Hughes on the Visualising Victorian News exhibition, based on digitised newspapers held in the British Library. It was a genuinely collaborative process, the designer responding creatively to the data provided, suggesting ideas that enriched the stories we wanted to tell, and making us see things in our digital collections that we had not realised were there before. Ciaran’s work has been innovative and illuminating.
